Job Description

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with robust hands-on expertise in building scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The ideal candidate should be technically strong with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring robust, effective, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Salesforce solutions.
Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and related platform capabilities.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.




Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Teams, and Cross-functional Teams in an Agile environment.
Support CI/CD, deployment, and release management activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including both development and configuration.
3+ years of hands-on experience developing LWC and Apex solutions.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, security guidelines, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate multiple technical solution approaches.
Solid experience in debugging, performance tuning, and resolving complex functional/technical issues.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Git/version control and Salesforce development tools.
