About us Singapore-headquartered enterprise AI company building production agentic systems for customers across ASEAN and India, with delivery centres in Chennai and Pune. Two product lines: AgentOS, and Laabu, our autonomous AI workforce platform on Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise.
The role Technical owner of every GCP opportunity in the region. You run discovery, design the architecture on Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise, build the PoC yourself, model the run-rate cost, and author the architecture and phase-plan sections of the engagement blueprint the customer signs. Hands-on roughly 70% presales, 20% partner and practice development, 10% handover into delivery.
What you'll do
Run discovery workshops and convert business problems into scoped, gate-able AI use cases
Design multi-agent architectures on Vertex AI Agent Engine, ADK, Gemini Enterprise, Firestore, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub
Own technical RFP/RFI responses,
effort models and GCP cost models with defensible unit economics
Build demos and 24 week PoCs on real customer data; run accuracy, latency and cost-per-task evaluation
Act as technical counterpart to Google Cloud field and partner engineering teams; drive co-sell pipeline
Build the reusable asset library reference architectures, accelerators, cost calculators, security responses
What you need
5+ years in engineering or cloud architecture, including 4+ customer-facing presales/SA
Deep hands-on GCP with production Vertex AI exposure
Real agentic/LLM build experience: RAG, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation
Solid Python; able to build a working PoC independently
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Skilled ML Engineer (current)
Based in India, core-hours overlap with Singapore (GMT+8), occasional travel
