Core accountability
Evaluates HR technology options and designs feasible, costefficient technical solutions that align with BASFs digital architecture and HCM (H4S4 & SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD) standards.
Conducts impact, feasibility, and scalability assessments for recent capabilities, ensuring technical coherence across global HR systems and satellite applications.
Identifies automation and optimization opportunities (e.g., task mining, process mining, AI enablement) to drive measurable productivity improvements.




Acts as a technology translator between GPO design, Service Delivery, and IT, ensuring solutions are implementable and meet enterprise governance standards.
Ensures that technology decisions support longterm harmonization and reduce complexity across regions and platforms
Track and evidence realised efficiency gains.

Key skills and experience
Robust background in HR process optimisation and automation.
Practical experience with RPA, workflow automation, or Agentic AI in HR.
Positive understanding of global shared service operations.
