We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Jewellery Telesales Executive to join our team in Surat.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Inform customers about recent arrivals, offers, discounts, and promotions.
Follow up with customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
Update customer details, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements
Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling/telesales preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Proficient in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of CRM and customer data management.
