About YOUTOTECH

YOUTOTECH is a web design and development company providing \WordPress, PHP, eCommerce, custom web development and digital solutions\ to businesses.

We are expanding our client acquisition efforts in \Noida\ and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate and qualify web design leads.
What You'll Do

* Find potential businesses in Noida that may need a new or improved website.

* Research businesses and maintain their details in our CRM.

* Make outbound calls to business owners/decision-makers.

* Introduce YOUTOTECH and understand their website requirements.

* Identify genuinely interested prospects.

* Get permission to share company information via WhatsApp.

* Coordinate with our team to schedule qualified meetings.





* Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.

* Attend client meetings when required.

* Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients.
Who We're Looking For

* Good communication skills

* Confident speaking with business owners

* Comfortable making cold calls

* Self-motivated and target-oriented

* Basic knowledge of computers/internet

* Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM/Google Sheets

* Willing to travel within Noida when required

Previous sales/BD experience is an advantage but \freshers with robust communication skills are welcome\*
Performance Expectations

You will be expected to consistently:
