Admin Profile

· Maintenance of all the software, hardware, equipments installed in the company – AMCs, vendor Management

· SECURITY – Managing, guide and train as per company requirement.

· Housekeeping - material checking

· Managing Admin Staff and their work – Receptionist, office boys & gardener

· Travel and courier management

· Attending customers and guide them to respective person

· Stationery management

· AMC record maintaining

· Courier management (inward/ outward/ tracking – checking delivery status)

· Sample inward and outward record

· Customer visiting check list

· Book vehicles (Bike, Auto, and trucks) on requirement

· Shoes and uniform order, distribution and record maintaining

· Maintain first aid box

· Petty cash and other cash voucher making and settlement

· Water and Electricity reading checking and record maintaining and tracking

· Solving grave matters of the Admin department by meeting relevant vendors(Govt/ private), if needed





· Upkeep of all relevant MIS related to Admin dept and providing details of the same as and when guided by the seniors

HR Work

· End to End Recruitment

· Daily round in Factory

· Talent Acquisition & Management:

· Joining Formalities

· Daily attendance

· Leave record management

· Salary & Disbursements / Advance salary

· Salary slip, PF challan and ESIC challan follow up with Vikrant Enterprises

· PF and other compliances file and record maintaining

· Performance Appraisal / Confirmation Appraisal:

· Exit Formalities

· Organizational chart

· Training and Development

· Performance management system

· Employee Engagement

· Upkeep of all relevant MIS related to HR dept and providing details of the same as and when guided by the seniors

Technical Skills:

Ø The person should have a robust background of recruitments.

Ø The person should be well versed with the usage of MS- Office suite.

Non Technical Skills

Ø Ability to handle pressure.
