Job Title: Process Manager

Department: Operations

Reports To: Head of Operations / COO / Managing Director

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Purpose: To design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) across outlets/functions, while driving the organisation's Business Excellence & Growth Roadmap encompassing ERP standardisation, B2B business development, procurement excellence, and supply chain optimisation, ensuring consistency, quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and standardise SOPs for kitchen operations, service delivery, hygiene, inventory, and customer experience across all outlets.
Conduct regular audits/store visits to assess SOP adherence and identify gaps.
Analyse operational data (wastage, TAT, footfall, cost per unit) to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Partner with outlet managers and department heads to roll out recent processes and train staff on compliance.




Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies where applicable.
Ensure compliance with food safety (FSSAI), statutory, and internal quality standards.
Prepare dashboards/reports for leadership on process performance and improvement outcomes.
Lead root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Support recent outlet launches by setting up process frameworks from day one.
Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, Supply Chain, and Finance to align processes with business goals.

Pet Pooja ERP Implementation (Top Priority) Objective: Standardise all business processes through Pet Pooja. Key Projects: Inventory setup, recipe & BOM mapping, production module, purchase module, stock transfer automation, central kitchen integration, outlet-wise inventory control, costing module, dashboar
