Key Requirement
Solar Industry / Solar EPC sales experience is mandatory. Candidates with only general sales experience and no solar industry exposure will not be preferred.
Candidates should have strong experience in B2B/B2C solar sales, lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business prospects for Solar EPC projects.
Identify and develop potential clients in commercial, industrial, and residential segments.
Generate leads through direct sales, references, networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
Conduct client meetings and understand their solar energy requirements.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations,



and presentations.
Coordinate with the Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Project teams for technical and commercial proposals.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales pipeline, MIS, and regular sales reports.
Follow up for payments and support collection activities where required.
Candidate Profile
3–8 years of relevant sales experience, depending on the position.
Mandatory Solar / Solar EPC experience.
Experience in rooftop solar / ground-mounted solar / commercial & industrial solar will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of solar EPC products, solutions, and commercial processes.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meeting
