Job Role: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
Prepare and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings for civil and structural works.
Prepare detailed Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) based on structural drawings.
Perform quantity take-offs for:
RCC.
Reinforcement steel.
Shuttering.
Masonry.
Plastering.
Flooring.
Structural steel works.
Prepare BOQs, project estimates, and cost calculations.
Prepare material requirement statements and steel consumption reports.
Assist in tender estimation and rate analysis.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for drawing revisions.
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Verify site measurements and update drawings accordingly.
Maintain accurate drawing records and project documentation.




Ensure drawings and estimates are prepared accurately as per project requirements.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
Robust knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation.
Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Positive knowledge of RCC detailing and reinforcement calculations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
