Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, well-qualified, and dedicated PGT/TGT English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have solid subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging, student-centered learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective English lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and academic objectives.
Teach English language, literature, grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading, and communication skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, assignments, and other teaching resources.
Use innovative and interactive teaching methodologies to engage students.
Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Identify students who require additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
Encourage students to develop solid reading, writing, speaking,



and critical-thinking skills.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, academic performance, and student progress.
Conduct periodic tests, examinations, and remedial/enrichment classes as required.
Integrate technology and digital resources into classroom teaching wherever appropriate.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students’ progress effectively to parents.
Collaborate with colleagues in academic planning, events, activities, and school initiatives.
Participate in English-related co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, creative writing, quizzes, literary events, and public speaking.
Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school management.
