Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
510 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or branch operations.
Prior experience in a Branch Manager / Transport Manager / Fleet Manager / Operations Manager role will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of fleet operations, route planning, vehicle maintenance, transportation cost control, and driver management.
Valuable understanding of RTO rules, vehicle documentation, permits, insurance, and statutory compliance.




Solid leadership and team-management skills with the ability to manage drivers, supervisors, vendors, and branch staff.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS, Excel, operational reports, and KPI monitoring.
Ability to manage multiple vehicles, routes, and operational activities simultaneously.
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by transportation operations.
Experience in cost optimization and improving fleet utilization will be an added advantage.
