Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a target-oriented and result-driven Real Estate Sales professional to handle lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through digital enquiries, references, channel partners and personal networks.
Understand client requirements, budget and investment objectives.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Regularly follow up with prospective clients and maintain the sales pipeline.
Handle negotiations and drive the sales process from enquiry to booking.
Build relationships with HNI clients, investors and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain lead, follow-up and conversion records in CRM.
Coordinate with CRM, legal,



finance and project teams for smooth closure.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing and market trends.
Generate repeat and referral business.

Candidate Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in residential / luxury real estate preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Good follow-up and closing skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
Experience with CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
