Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and enquiries.
Follow up on used-car leads, quotations, test drives and sales enquiries.
Make service reminder and follow-up calls to customers.
Welcome customers and provide qualified front-office assistance.
Schedule service appointments, test drives and customer visits.
Coordinate customer requirements with Sales and Service teams.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate complaint resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records, CRM/DMS updates and follow-up status.
Prepare daily call, lead and appointment reports for management.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
