Product Knowledge
Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s product range.
Explain product features, specifications, qualities, pricing, and applications to customers.
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
Keep updated on recent products, developments, and market trends.
Fabric Knowledge




Support customers in selecting the appropriate fabric for their intended application.
Stock Management
Monitor stock availability and provide accurate information to customers.
Coordinate with stores and production teams regarding stock requirements.
Track stock movement, pending orders, and availability of products.
Maintain proper records of samples and stock-related information.
Billing & Documentation
Ensure billing details, product descriptions, quantities, rates, and customer information are accurate.
Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for timely billing and delivery.
Maintain proper documentation and records of customer transactions.
Follow company procedures for order entry, billing, and documentation.
Communication & Behaviour
