Responsible for Purchasing and delivering materials to different sites.
Collect and deliver purchase-related documents, samples, and materials between suppliers and the company.
Visit vendors for material collection, quotations, invoices, and delivery challans.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding material dispatch and delivery status.
Assist the Purchase Executive in following up on urgent purchase orders.
Ensure timely delivery of purchased materials
Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery documents.
Arrange local transportation for urgent procurement requirements.
The role requires punctuality, honesty, and the ability to work efficiently with internal departments and external vendors.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Willingness to travel:
100% (Preferred)
