Role Summary
We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager with a solid inclination toward Admin & Operations, while also contributing across core HR generalist responsibilities. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth execution across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and capable of operating in a fast-scaling, founder- led environment.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and exit processes
Ensure smooth induction and orientation for recent hires
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy

HR Operations & Compliance
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Maintain HR documentation and audit readiness





Administration & Campus Operations
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities across the campus
Manage office assets, vendor coordination, and facility requirements
Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, housekeeping, and support staff

Employee Experience & Grievance Handling
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support employee engagement initiatives and campus activities
Ensure a positive and disciplined work setting

Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with leadership and department heads for HR and admin support
Maintain HR MIS reports and share periodic updates
Support internal communication and policy implementation
