About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken, customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our voice process team. This role is ideal for candidates coming from a restaurant, hospitality, or guest-service background — someone used to handling guests, taking orders, managing reservations, or resolving customer concerns with warmth and professionalism. Telecalling experience (Airtel or similar) is also welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads
Handle inbound customer queries and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
Deliver a friendly, guest-service style experience over the phone — the same warmth and attentiveness used in restaurant/hospitality settings, applied to customer calls
Build and maintain solid client relationships through explicit, courteous communication
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups




Coordinate with the sales/support team for smooth customer handling

Requirements
Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, F&B;, or guest-relations industry (front desk, guest service, order-taking, reservations, or customer support) — OR prior telecalling experience (Airtel/telecom background preferred)
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (spoken and written)
