JOB DESCRIPTION – ITI MACHINIST (VMC)
Qualification: ITI – Machinist / CNC / relevant machining trade.
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply; candidates willing to learn and grow on VMC machines preferred.
Department: Machine Shop.
Machine Exposure: Training and working on VMC machines ranging from 2 meters to 12 meters.
Machine Operation: Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
Job Setting: Perform job setting, tool setting, work holding and machine preparation.
Drawing Reading: Understand basic engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
2D Programming: Learn and develop basic 2D CNC/VMC programming under guidance.
Job Execution: Complete machining operations as per drawing, process sheet and quality requirements.
Quality: Check dimensions using measuring instruments and ensure required accuracy.
Finishing: Perform deburring, finishing and other required operations after machining.
Production:



Complete jobs within the given production schedule and maintain productivity.
Machine Care: Follow machine operating procedures, safety instructions and basic machine maintenance practices.
Quality & Safety: Follow all quality, safety and shop-floor procedures.
Dispatch Readiness: Ensure completed and inspected jobs are properly finished and ready for dispatch.
Learning Attitude: Candidate should be willing to learn VMC operation, setting, programming and advanced machining processes.
Industry Exposure: Manufacturing/machine shop exposure will be an added advantage.
Location: Chakan / Varale, Pune.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
