Job Description

As a Claims Process Associate, you will be responsible for processing healthcare claims in a non-voice setting. The role involves reviewing claim documents, verifying information, and updating claim details accurately within internal systems while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process healthcare claims using internal applications.

Verify invoices, receipts, expense reports, and supporting documents.





Enter and validate claim information with a high level of accuracy.

Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and claim information.

Work closely with internal teams to resolve claim-related discrepancies.

Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.

Required Skills
