Role & responsibilities
Operate the pouch packing machine as per SOP and production
requirements.
Set and adjust machine parameters such as filling quantity, sealing temperature, speed, and pouch length.
Ensure correct packing material, pouch size,
Monitor pouch weight, sealing quality, leakage, appearance, and overall packing quality.
Carry out routine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance of the machine.
Identify machine abnormalities and immediately report breakdowns to the Supervisor/Maintenance Department.
Minimize product wastage and packing-material losses.
Follow all safety, hygiene, GMP and company procedures
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th, preferably with relevant experience
Experience: 26 years in pouch packing/packaging machine operation
