Hotel AK Suites, Patiala is looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation, cleaning, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut, and arrange vegetables and other ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
Clean and organize kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
Assist in receiving, arranging, and storing kitchen supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours and hotel events.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
Previous hotel/restaurant kitchen experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
