Develop creative and commercially viable textile designs, prints, patterns, and surface designs aligned with market and customer requirements.
Create and present design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, repeats, and print layouts.
Work closely with the Product Development, Sampling, Production, and Sales teams to convert concepts into production-ready designs.
Research market trends, colors, fabrics, techniques, and competitor collections to develop relevant designs.
Handle design modifications, sampling, approvals, and ensure the final design meets required quality and specifications.
Prepare and maintain design files, artwork, colorways, and technical specifications.




Guide and review the work of junior designers and ensure timely completion of design projects.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, embroiderers, and production teams for design execution.
Ensure designs meet quality, commercial, cost, and delivery requirements.
Stay updated with emerging textile trends, digital design tools, and industry developments.
