Manage end-to-end LPG distribution operations and ensure smooth daily business activities.
Supervise frontline employees including Van Associates, Sales Associates, Fuel Station Staff, Drivers and other field teams.
Coordinate skilled support staff including Assistant Administrators and office employees.
Plan manpower based on daily sales and operational requirements.
Monitor sales, distribution, attendance, discipline, productivity and employee performance.
Coordinate vehicle, driver and fuel-related activities and ensure timely LPG delivery.
Handle day-to-day administrative activities, employee documentation and operational records.
Coordinate with employees, vendors, customers and other stakeholders.
Identify operational issues and take corrective actions.
Support management in improving sales,



operational efficiency and workforce productivity.

Required Experience & Skills:
3+ years of experience in Fuel/LPG Distribution, FMCG, FMCD, Logistics, Transportation or similar industries.
LPG/Fuel Distribution experience is highly preferred.
Experience managing drivers, field staff, sales teams or other frontline workforce.
Solid people-management, administrative and operational skills.
Fluent in Tamil and English – mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of the Coimbatore local market and workforce is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
