Position Summary:

We are looking for a driven and experienced
Senior Business Development Manager




to lead a team of sales/BD representatives responsible for generating new business, expanding existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our
Managed IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Hosting service lines
— with particular emphasis on the healthcare vertical. This is a hands-on leadership role combining individual sales contribution, team coaching, pipeline management, and go-to-market strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)/Account Executives, setting clear targets and holding the team accountable to KPIs.
Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions to improve conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.
Onboard, train, and ramp up new sales hires on ER Tech Pros' services, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and sales process.
Foster a high-performance, team-oriented, and accountab
