Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with solid expertise in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in microservices architecture, database design, asynchronous messaging systems, and FinTech domain applications.

Mandatory Domain Requirement: Candidates must have experience in Loan Management Systems (LMS), Supply Chain Finance, Lending Platforms, TReDS, Invoice Financing,



or related FinTech products.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring ecosystem.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Develop high-performance, secure, and fault-tolerant applications.
Integrate applications with messaging and event-driven platforms.
Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams.
Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews.
Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.
Follow coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence initiatives.
