Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The candidate will be responsible for improving CADD Centre’s online visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Perform On-Page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, URL optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.
Handle Technical SEO activities such as website audits, crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, sitemap and robots.txt.
Develop and execute Off-Page SEO and Link Building strategies.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.




Identify SEO issues using website audit and analytics tools and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with Content, Digital Marketing, and Web Development teams to implement SEO best practices.
Optimize landing pages and website content for better search visibility and lead generation.
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
4+ years of proven experience in SEO.
Robust knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
Robust understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
