1.Position: Computer Operator
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operation Head /Manager.

Job Purpose

To handle day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and preparation of reports while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily data entry and computer-related work.
Maintain and update company records and databases.
Prepare reports, statements, letters, notices, and other documents.
Handle MS Excel, MS Word, email, and other office applications.
Maintain attendance, employee, operational, and administrative records as assigned.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain proper filing of soft and hard-copy documents.
Scan, print, photocopy, and organize documents as required.
Enter and update data in ERP/software systems.
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
Coordinate with different departments for required information and reports.
Perform any other computer or administrative work assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills




Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet/Email.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Basic knowledge of ERP/software applications.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate with positive computer knowledge.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Reports To: Store In-Charge

Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day store operations, inventory records, material inward and outward activities, stock verification, and proper storage of materials.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
Receive materials and verify quantity and details against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
