Victor Hospital is seeking an accomplished and dynamic General Manager – Hospital Operations
to lead the hospital’s day-to-day operations and drive excellence across
clinical and non-clinical functions
.

This is a leadership role for a healthcare professional who can bring together
people, processes, patient experience, quality, financial discipline, and operational performance
to create a high-performing hospital environment.

What You’ll Lead
Oversee the
complete operational functioning
of the hospital across clinical, administrative, and support services.
Ensure seamless, secure, and patient-centric delivery of healthcare services.
Lead workforce planning, staffing coordination, performance management, and team development.
Drive
operational efficiency, resource optimization, and cost control
.
Establish and monitor operational policies, SOPs, systems, and performance standards.




Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure
quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness
.
Champion initiatives that improve
patient experience, service quality, turnaround times, and overall hospital performance
.
Identify opportunities for
process improvement, technology adoption, and recent service development
.
Monitor budgets, operational expenditure, and key performance indicators.
Prepare meaningful operational dashboards and reports for senior leadership and provide strategic recommendations for
growth and long-term sustainability
.
Build strong relationships with patients, employees, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a
medical graduate with an MHA and 10+ years of relevant experience
in hospital or healthcare management, preferably with substantial exposure to multi-department hospital operations.
