* Research and develop current Ayurvedic, herbal, cosmetic and other innovative products.
* Develop, optimize and standardize product formulations.
* Research raw materials, herbs, ingredients and current technologies.
* Conduct laboratory trials, pilot batches and product testing.
* Improve existing products for quality, stability, taste and performance.
* Coordinate with Production, QC and QA teams for commercialization.
* Maintain formulation, trial, specification and R&D; documentation.
* Stay updated with market trends and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
