Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and understand their car requirements.
Explain Maruti Suzuki car models, features, variants, finance and offers.
Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, references and digital platforms.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Arrange and conduct test drives for customers.
Achieve monthly enquiry, booking and retail targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with the Sales, Finance and Insurance teams for smooth delivery.
Maintain customer records and update sales activities in CRM/DMS.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
