Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive with around 1 year of experience to support our HR team in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and HR administration

. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, be employee-focused, and have a basic understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR Operations and employee queries.

• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Handle attendance and leave management.

• Prepare HR letters and employee-related documents.

• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.

• Coordinate employee events and internal HR communications.

• Assist with employee relations and grievance handling.

• Maintain HR reports and employee data.





• Coordinate with employees and internal departments for HR requirements.

• Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.

• Support the HR team in HR projects and process improvements. Required Skills

• 1 year of experience in HR Operations / Generalist HR.

• Positive verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and employee-handling skills.

•Basic knowledge of HR policies and processes.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Robust coordination and organizational skills.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee concerns professionally.

Education

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
