KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation, Shooting & Editing

Content creation will be a major part of this role.

The candidate will be responsible for regularly creating high-quality content for both brands.

This includes:
Shoot Reels and short-form videos using phone/camera.
Shoot products, outfits, behind-the-scenes content and styling videos.
Direct models/founders/team members during content shoots.
Understand framing, lighting, angles and composition.
Capture detail shots of fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes and craftsmanship.
Create content specifically for Instagram Reels, Stories and Meta Ads.
Edit Reels and short-form videos independently.
Add appropriate music, transitions, subtitles and text.
Create easy graphics and Stories using Canva.
Edit content using CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar software.
Adapt one shoot into multiple pieces of content.
Maintain an organised library of raw footage and edited content.

The candidate should be comfortable picking up a phone/camera and creating content independently,



rather than depending on an external production team for everyday content.
Social Media Strategy & Management

Premium curated Indian & occasion wear.

Curated by Aadisha
Customised Indian wear.

Responsibilities include:
Develop separate strategies for both brands.
Create monthly and weekly content calendars.
Plan Reels, Stories, posts and campaigns.
Research trends and relevant content formats.
Write hooks, captions and CTAs.
Schedule and publish content.
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
Engage with the audience and identify potential customers.
Track content performance.
Continuously experiment with current formats.

We are not looking for someone whose strategy is simply:

Post 3 Reels every week.”

Every piece of content should have a purpose, whether that is reach, trust, product discovery, enquiries or sales.
