Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, including staff supervision and shift management.
Skills in inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting or cost management.
Robust organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and guests.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment.
Prior experience as an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role is preferred.
Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is beneficial.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
