About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive – B2B to support RHIA's sales and business development activities.

The role will focus on lead generation, prospecting, outbound calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, follow-ups, and sales pipeline development.





The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build relationships with potential B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, online research, referrals, and other sales channels.
Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
Make outbound calls and introduce RHIA's products and engineering services.
Understand initial customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Qualify leads based on requirement, interest, business potential, and buying timeline.
Schedule customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate qualified prospects with the Business Development and Engineering teams.
