Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and conversions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with leads across the sales funnel.
Handle objections, negotiate, persuade, and close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/revenue targets.
Maintain customer, lead, order, and conversion records using CRM tools.
Communicate product advantages, pricing, offers, and promotions.
Earn weekly performance-based incentives.

Strong verbal communication and active listening.
Positive persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
