About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Presales professional to partner with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and technology practices to drive end-to-end presales activities.

The role will involve understanding customer business and technology challenges, developing solution propositions, preparing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, creating proposals and presentations, and supporting customer discussions and solution workshops.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in IT Services / Digital Engineering / Product Engineering and be comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and pain points.
Lead requirement discovery, qualification, solutioning, and proposal development activities.
Analyze and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs,



and customer questionnaires.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, and QA teams to develop appropriate technical solutions.
Create compelling solution proposals, presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), architecture diagrams, scope documents, and effort estimates.
Develop solution approaches, delivery models, engagement models, assumptions, dependencies, and pricing inputs.
Participate in customer calls, solution workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and executive briefings.
Translate complex technical solutions into transparent business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
Support Sales teams in developing differentiated value propositions and competitive positioning.
Coordinate with delivery teams for effort estimation, resource planning, timelines, and feasibility validation.
