About the Role

A leading digital marketing agency specializing in digital advertising, performance marketing, communication design, SEO, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns is looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate digital marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely campaign delivery.
Handle multiple client accounts and follow up on deliverables.
Have a good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.
Prepare performance reports and regular client updates.
Maintain task trackers, meeting notes,



and project documentation.
Address client queries and escalate issues when required.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of performance marketing and SEO.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1.63 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or account management.
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
