About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze sales, operations, and business data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Track sales performance, targets, inventory, and key business KPIs.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Work with different departments to understand data requirements.
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of business data.
Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst/MIS Analyst.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and attention to detail.
