Job Responsibilities:
Attend assigned customer service and installation visits.
Carry required tools, materials, and service documents.
Collect and return materials from the stock centre with proper records.
Reach customer sites on time and maintain skilled conduct.
Verify warranty/invoice details before providing service.
Explain product issues and service charges to customers.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations efficiently.
Coordinate with the Service Centre for visit updates and closures.
Maintain accurate service reports and material transaction records.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
