Job Description – Designer

Job Purpose

To create skilled and visually appealing designs for the company’s marketing, branding, communication, product, and internal requirements while maintaining consistency with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Create creative designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, social media, and other marketing materials.
Develop artwork and layouts as per business and departmental requirements.
Design product-related promotional and communication materials.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and other departments for design requirements.
Ensure all designs are accurate, professional, and aligned with company branding.
Make necessary modifications and revisions based on feedback from management.
Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
Maintain proper records of design files, artwork, images, and source files.




Ensure correct use of logos, fonts, images, colors, and other brand elements.
Stay updated with current design trends and creative tools.
Support management in preparing presentations, reports, and other visual communication materials.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned design projects.
Maintain confidentiality of company information, product information, and artwork.
Perform any other design-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Solid creativity and visual design skills.
Valuable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
Valuable understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative designs.
