Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Up to 8.4 LPA
Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Handle BOQ, estimation, commercial costing, and tendering for interior projects.
Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost sheets.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations and pricing.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender documents.

Requirements:
Experience in commercial interior projects mandatory.
Robust knowledge of BOQ, costing, and tendering.
Positive command of Excel and AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
