We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and people-oriented HR Generalist with 35 years of experience in a professionally managed organization with 100+ employees on payroll. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across HR operations, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.

As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, robust presence, and the ability to represent the organization's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Manage statutory and HR compliances as applicable.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HR databases.
Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently.
Performance Management & Annual Appraisals
Coordinate and manage the annual performance appraisal cycle.




Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, ratings, and feedback.
Track appraisal timelines and ensure timely completion.
Assist in developing performance improvement plans where required.
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, queries, and grievances.
Build solid and positive employeremployee relationships.
Handle employee issues professionally and confidentially.
Support management in resolving workplace conflicts.
Employee Engagement & Company Culture
Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Develop initiatives that improve employee experience, morale, and retention.
Ensure employees understand and follow company values, policies, and expectations.
