Roles and Responsibility
Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales growth and customer acquisition.
Lead and motivate a team of banking specialists, providing guidance on product knowledge and customer service standards.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing teams and achieving business objectives in the BFSI industry.
Robust understanding of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
