Job Description
Education & Experience: A postgraduate degree and 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, or business transformation consulting (open on education for tenured middle-office hires, including candidates with only a bachelor's degree if experience is solid). Location: Open across Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Bengaluru Company Preference: Higher weightage to hedge fund backgrounds Ideal candidate would have a background in hedge fund middle- and back-office (MBO/BO) servicing, robust communication skills, project management experience, and functional MBO/BO knowledge. Treasury exposure is valued as well.



The role is functional and not of a technical product manager Candidates who started in MBO/BO operations and transitioned into ongoing project-oriented responsibilities (not one-off project work) are ideal. This is a project management (not a technical product management) role. Purely technical candidates without operations experience are not preferred; technical project ownership sits with MBO Tech. Front-office exposure is not required (minor component).
