ToyStack is Looking for:
ToyStack AI is a lean, agentic-first engineering team building proprietary multi-agent platforms for enterprise clients. We move rapid, own end-to-end delivery, and work directly with clients to scope and ship AI systems in production. If you want to own a project — not just a component — this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Take full ownership of AI projects from scratch to production — onboard within the first month and independently lead delivery from month two onwards.
Design and build AI agent systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and related frameworks including RAG pipelines, vector databases (e.g. Neo4j, Chroma, Pinecone), and multi-agent workflows.




Be the primary point of accountability for your project — scope requirements directly with US clients, discuss infra issues, and manage delivery timelines with the project manager.
Lead and mentor a sub-team — assess teammate strengths, delegate tasks accordingly, and help them grow technically.
Set up and maintain containerised deployments using Docker and Kubernetes; work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Participate in client-facing calls, including with US-based stakeholders — flexibility on time zones is expected.

Must Haves
Hands-on experience building AI agents using LangGraph and/or LangChain in real, shipped projects.
Strong Python — used daily for agent, RAG, and backend development; live coding is part of the interview process.
Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership — you have led full lifecycle delivery (not just a component) from scratch to production in a prior rol
