A Construction Company engaged in construction of Storage Tanks & Pipeline (EPC Project) require Senior Safety Officer for immediate joining at their ongoing project site Mathura Refinery.

Safety Officer

Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation.
Monitor the proper use of PPE and secure working practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Diploma in Industrial Safety / recognized Safety Officer qualification preferred.
Engineering degree with a Diploma in Industrial Safety is preferred.




Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction safety/HSE, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, risk management, HIRA, JSA, permit-to-work systems, incident investigation, and emergency preparedness.
Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, drills, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
Valuable understanding of HSE management systems, procedures, documentation, and KPI reporting.
Strong communication, leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple site HSE activities.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
Strong Commitment to maintaining and continually improving workplace safety standards

Salary Range - INR 27000 To INR 40000
