Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible System Administrator – CCTV & IT Support to manage our organization's computer systems, network infrastructure, CCTV surveillance systems, and day-to-day technical support.

The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of CCTV installation and maintenance, DVR/NVR configuration, IP cameras, computer hardware/software troubleshooting, LAN/networking, Windows systems, and general IT infrastructure management.

The candidate should be capable of independently diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and CCTV-related technical issues.

Key ResponsibilitiesCCTV Installation & Management
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
Handle installation of IP Cameras, HD/Analog Cameras, Dome Cameras, Bullet Cameras, etc.




Configure and manage DVR/NVR systems.
Configure camera recording, playback, storage, motion detection, and backup.
Configure remote CCTV viewing through mobile applications and computers.
Troubleshoot camera connectivity, video loss, recording failure, storage issues, and network-related CCTV problems.
Perform preventive maintenance of CCTV systems.
Check CCTV cabling, connectors, power supplies, PoE switches, and related equipment.
Maintain proper documentation of CCTV cameras, IP addresses, locations, and equipment.
Ensure CCTV systems remain operational and recordings are available when required.
