Electrical BIM/Modeler

Job Description
Develop and manage advanced electrical BIM models using Revit.
Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families.
Generate accurate electrical drawings and interdisciplinary coordination models.
Maintain version control, conduct quality checks, and ensure accurate project documentation.
Resolve project-level BIM issues and collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery.
Mentor junior team members and support productivity improvements.
Facilitate smooth coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

Skills Required
Proficiency in Revit for electrical system modeling.
Solid skills in creating advanced parametric families and BIM documentation.
In-depth understanding of electrical systems and BIM standards.
Experience developing and enforcing project BIM standards and manuals.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
