Role Overview:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and confident in managing end-to-end recruitment independently in a work-from-home setup. Experience in a startup or recruitment agency environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Logistics
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards using Boolean search techniques
Screen and shortlist candidates through telephonic and video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client hiring managers
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for active and future mandates
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records, and MIS reports




Achieve weekly and monthly closure targets within agreed timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 4 years of experience specifically in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory)
Proficiency in sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards
Robust communication and interpersonal skills verbal and written
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
Sound understanding of hiring processes, interview coordination, and offer management

Good to Have:
Prior experience in a recruitment startup or staffing agency
