Position: Talent Acquisition Associate Retail Hiring
Department: Human Resources Talent Acquisition
Location: Bengaluru (Corporate Office)
Reports To: Manager Talent Acquisition
About the Role
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to lead end- to-end hiring for our retail store operations across India. The role will primarily focus on hiring Style Associates, Senior Style Associates and Store Managers while ensuring quality,
speed, and a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume retail recruitment and possess
robust stakeholder management, sourcing, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for retail store positions.
Handle hiring for Style Associates, Senior Style Associates, Store Managers, and other retail roles as assigned.
Understand manpower requirements and align hiring plans accordingly.
Ensure timely closure of assigned requisitions within defined TAT.
Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, walk-ins, campus drives, and local hiring initiatives.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct market mapping for retail talent across assigned regions.
Screening & Assessment
Screen resumes based on role fit.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
Evaluate candidates on communication skills, retail experience, sales orientation, stability, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
Coordinate assessment rounds wherever applicable
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Ensure smooth interview coordination and timely feedback collection.
Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
